Shipping policy

SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders placed with a shipping address outside the United States cannot be fulfilled.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

SHIPPING METHOD AND COST

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the day your order ships. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States by major carriers such as UPS, USPS and FedEx.

 

TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive the email.

 

PACKAGING

Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging.

 

ADDRESS CHANGES

We cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed, because orders are sent to our fulfillment center right away. Please double check your address at checkout.

 

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at kwmo8888@gmail.com within 7 days and we will help resolve it.
